Terms of Service
I. Membership
1. Members must provide valid and accurate information when signing up. Not adhering to this rule may result in their free gift being withheld indefinitely.
2. Members must live in the United States or Canada.
3. There may only be one account per person, per household. Multiple accounts from a single user or household will be considered fraudulent and will be placed on hold indefinitely. Furthermore, any two accounts sharing any personal information will be considered fraudulent.
4. Any strong and reasonable amount of evidence of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, whether through affiliates, advertisers, or other networks will result in an indefinite hold.
5. Completing or “walking through” offer trials for other members is prohibited.
6. If we receive any complaints of members spamming or harassing others with their referral links, they will be placed on hold.
7. Any member found to be using a prepaid credit/debit card will be put on hold.
8. Any member found signing up for an offer and immediately cancelling will be put on hold.
II. Offer Completions and Orders
1. Members are only required to complete their offer requirements once throughout their time at Money Bonanzas. They may order multiple prizes and gifts by fulfilling their offer requirements only one time. When members wish to order another prize, they may simply post a support ticket to notify the administrators. Furthermore, they may waive their offer requirements by obtaining an extra referral and this will be treated as their offer requirement for each prize that is ordered by them.
2. A member can receive credit for an offer completion only one time through any website. This means if a member is caught completing the same offer on two different website networks, that member will be placed on hold.
3. We reserve the right to deny credit to users for several of the following reasons, including, but not limited to, fraudulent information or invalid personal information.
4. Members who earn $600 or more are required to submit a W-9 tax form.
5. MoneyBonanzas is not responsible for any delays caused by our vendors or any lost gifts as a result of theft or errors from shipping services.
5. Although we strive to pay out our members in a reasonable amount of time, there is no way we can guarantee payment, for we can only pay when our advertisers pay.
6. Due to the rapid increase in fraud and scams, we no longer accept manual credit requests. Please follow all of our tips to ensure you have the best chance of receiving credit:

7. Any member who orders a prize must submit a copy of his/her driver license to support@moneybonanzas.com before receiving the prize. For PayPal payments, you must be PayPal verified. If you cannot send us identification through e-mail, you may mail it to us. Until you provide proof of identity, you will not receive your gift.
8. We may request phone verification or a copy of your driver license to further secure our network from fraudulent members.
The use of this website assumes that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service of MoneyBonanzas. Please be aware that we have the right to change the Terms of Service for any time, for any reason, and without notice. This includes changing the offer completion requirements, increasing/decreasing the amount of referrals needed to obtain a prize, or adding new policies to confirm the validity of an account. Although we reserve these rights, we will put forth full effort in giving our users a reasonable notice for any changes in our terms that may take place.
